The Festival Pass unlocks every headline event of West Tech Fest 2026 — six events across Perth, Fremantle and Wadjemup (Rottnest Island).
No juggling separate tickets. The Festival Pass is one ticket that gets you through the door at every headline event of the week, from the opening of West Tech Women on Monday to the closing session on Wadjemup the following weekend.

Code of Conduct for West Tech Fest Events
The organisers of West Tech Fest are committed to providing an event program that is welcoming and safe for all participants, is free from unlawful discrimination and harassment, and where all participants are treated with dignity and respect. Adherence to this Code of Conduct is a requirement for all West Tech Fest participants and sponsors, and covers all aspects of the West Tech Fest Program, including all social events and all communication, including that via email or social media associated with any of the events.
All participants are expected to behave professionally, be considerate and be respectful at all times. All verbal and written communication should be inclusive and appropriate for a diverse professional audience.
Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to: - Harassment, including verbal comments relating to gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, age, national origin, gender identity or expression, or physical appearance. - Inappropriate and/or unwanted physical contact. - Unwelcome sexual attention, which can include inappropriate questions of a sexual nature, asking for sexual favours or repeatedly asking for dates or contact information. - Stalking or deliberate intimidation. - Unwanted photography or recording
Individuals who participate in unacceptable behaviour may face consequences including being asked to stop, removal from the event without registration refund, and being disallowed from attending future events. To report violations of this Code of Conduct, alert one of the West Tech Fest organisers (westtechfest@curtin.edu.au / 08 9266 2128) or West Tech Fest event staff, who have all been briefed and will follow event protocols. Reports may be made by people subject to, or witnesses of, unacceptable behaviour.

No - every event has single tickets, which will be available from Setember. But the Festival Pass is cheaper if you're planning on spending the week with us, and includes exclusive benefits
Students can get discounted pricing on West Tech Main tickets only - select the student rate at checkout and bring valid ID to the registration desk. There is no general student or not-for-profit discount across the rest of the festival or the Festival Pass.
Until 20 November you can transfer your pass to anyone free of charge from your Megatix order. After that, name changes happen at the registration desk.
The private festival ferry from Fremantle is included with the Festival Pass for West Tech Wadjemup, and with single Wadjemup tickets. Private WTF Ferry Transfers (ex-Fremantle) [8:30am departure / 7:30pm return]. Should you wish to depart at an alternative time, you will need to contact Sealink or Rottnest Express directly and purchase a separate ticket. Any ferry departures required outside of these times are at the cost of the ticket holder.
